Have some questions about your order? They may be answered here.

  • When will my physical order arrive? 
    • I use a print-on-demand service for print book fulfillment currently. Orders may take up to 10 business days to arrive. While I hope to be able to grow to having in-house stock, right now it is cost-prohibitive. If you have questions about the tracking for your order, you are welcomed to send me a message with your order number and I'll provide you with the most recent update.

 

  • I didn't receive my eBook.
    • If you ordered your eBook from the shop app, I may not have been provided with your email. A working email is critical to eBook fulfillment. If this step is skipped, you will need to reach out to me with your order number so that I can make sure your order is fulfilled. If you do not provide an email, I also have no way to contact you about this oversight, unfortunately.

 

  • I have a different problem, question, or concern. 
    • You are always welcomed to reach out to me via the contact form (please include order number), my facebook, or my instagram. I will get back to you as soon as I can and I do take all feedback very seriously.
