A bold, reflective coloring book designed for people who need rest, release, and a little reminder of who they are.
This coloring book blends affirmation, creativity, and emotional reset through powerful one-liners, expressive illustrations, and pages made for slowing down. Each design invites you to color your way through self-trust, boundaries, healing, softness, confidence, and becoming. Whether you use it as a quiet self-care ritual, a companion to your journal, or a screen-free way to decompress, this book gives you space to breathe without asking you to explain yourself.
Inside, you’ll find empowering artwork, thoughtful phrases, and pages that feel like a deep exhale. It is not about coloring perfectly. It is about giving your hands something peaceful to do while your mind remembers: you are allowed to take up space, choose yourself, and come back home to you.
Pages are individual, not back to back to prevent running.

I am still working through the book. It takes a lot of reflection and serious thought to answer the questions on each page. It’s been so good for me. But I also feel like I’m kind of in a vacuum. I wish I was doing this with a group of people. I also have to live with the fact that while it’s doing some wonderful things for me and how I view the world and and my role in it, I also realized that I’m pissing off some of the people that live in my world with me. Because they’re tired of hearing about it. But that’s OK. They’re gonna keep hearing about it.
