You were never meant to live in fragments.
Colonization, patriarchy, and Eurocentric systems taught us to measure ourselves against impossible standards — to shrink, to perform, to silence our truths. We were told that our worth depended on respectability, on fitting into binaries, on denying our desires and our wholeness.
This journal is a tool of resistance and remembrance. Through powerful reflections, guided exercises, and affirmations, it invites you to unlearn colonial scripts and reclaim the fullness of who you are. Each section explores how systems like heteronormativity, patriarchy, and cisnormativity shape our most intimate lives — and offers pathways back to authenticity, joy, and liberation.
This is not about perfection. It’s about gathering the pieces that shame, silence, and oppression tried to scatter, and remembering that you have always been whole.
Reclaim your voice. Reclaim your body. Reclaim your wholeness.
I am still working through Decentering Whiteness, which is dovetailing with my trip in upper NY state and Maryland, going to the museum in Rochester NY and seeing the history laid out in a way that completely contradicts what my mother taught me. I really appreciate the way the workbooks move through the points slowly, giving me time to absorb information and reorient. I love the work Kiki does. many many thanks.

I fully was not expecting to recieve my order until after the new year because I ordered during peak holiday season and I know the owner has a newborn baby and family to spend time with, but I have my journals in hand!
I got the De-Centering Whiteness (for us pale folks), De-Centering Heteronormativity and De-Centering Men spiral journals and I’m very excited to dive in and better shift my frame of thinking to a truly intersectional approach. I like all the varied prompts, as my brain isn’t a fan of repetitive tasks, and I know I will stay engaged with these journals!

My family and I love the stickers. The quality is great. They arrived quickly. The best part is that the sticker I gave to my mom made her smile. She thought it was cute and accurate. Thank you!

I am still working through the book. It takes a lot of reflection and serious thought to answer the questions on each page. It’s been so good for me. But I also feel like I’m kind of in a vacuum. I wish I was doing this with a group of people. I also have to live with the fact that while it’s doing some wonderful things for me and how I view the world and and my role in it, I also realized that I’m pissing off some of the people that live in my world with me. Because they’re tired of hearing about it. But that’s OK. They’re gonna keep hearing about it.
