"THE BOUNDARY BIBLE REFLECTION JOURNAL" by Kiki Bryant, focuses on helping individuals understand, set, and maintain healthy boundaries in personal relationships
The journal covers several key areas:
Understanding Boundaries: It defines boundaries, differentiates them from ultimatums, and debunks common myths
Self-Reflection and Awareness: Prompts encourage users to identify where they feel drained, what needs they have, and past experiences that shaped their boundary-setting abilities. It also includes exercises to recognize personal "tells" when boundaries are crossed and to break away from unhealthy beliefs.
Relationship Categories: The workbook dedicates sections to romantic, familial, and platonic relationships, providing specific insights, red flags, and practice scenarios for setting boundaries in each. It addresses common challenges like unlearning unhealthy ideas about love and loyalty, dealing with guilt, and navigating family dynamics.
Frameworks and Tools: It clarifies the differences between boundaries, standards, expectations, and rules. It also offers scripts for communicating boundaries, a "boundary aftercare" kit for self-support, and a daily boundary challenge.
Maintenance and Growth: The final section focuses on maintaining boundaries over time, checking in on their effectiveness, and reflecting on the ongoing journey of self-respect and peace.
The core message is that boundaries are about self-protection and fostering relationships built on mutual respect and genuine connection.
This workbook has been helpful to me in working through why Im so uncomfortable with stating and enforcing my boundaries. I'm confident this will help me set better boundaries and feel less afraid enforcing them with practice. Thank you for this wonderful tool from someone whos parents never respected her boundaries and wants to stop people pleasing.

I thought the shadow work journal had dug into my trauma... I was mistaken. But this gave me something that did not: a way to take what I was processing and turn it into real boundaries and things I can realistically do. That piece is immeasurably valuable even when it brings up things that make me think, "Oh damn. I thought I handled this."

I’ve only done a few exercises so far, but it’s already given me so much perspective. Can’t wait to continue working through this book and the others I purchased.
My family and I love the stickers. The quality is great. They arrived quickly. The best part is that the sticker I gave to my mom made her smile. She thought it was cute and accurate. Thank you!

I am still working through the book. It takes a lot of reflection and serious thought to answer the questions on each page. It’s been so good for me. But I also feel like I’m kind of in a vacuum. I wish I was doing this with a group of people. I also have to live with the fact that while it’s doing some wonderful things for me and how I view the world and and my role in it, I also realized that I’m pissing off some of the people that live in my world with me. Because they’re tired of hearing about it. But that’s OK. They’re gonna keep hearing about it.
